Overview

The Agent Operations Specialist supports agents in the Transactions department by ensuring compliance, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with Finance to ensure timely payments.

• Act as the primary point of contact for new agents.
• Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries.
• Review agent listings in CRM for accuracy.
• Monitor real estate portals for brand compliance.
• Publish and update agent listings on portals.
• Supervise listing inquiries.
• Support event organization and operational activities.
• Supervise and review transactions from listing to payment.
• Validate and track closing documents and commission payments.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely commission payments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations and compliance.
• Experience with real estate platforms and CRM systems.
• Intermediate/Advanced English and Native Spanish fluency.
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical mindset.
