Sales and Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

An ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company is seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist with onboarding new clients and expanding outreach.

In Short

• Part-time position with potential to become full-time.
• Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (South Africa Time).
• Remote work opportunity.
• Responsible for contacting clinics, hospitals, and schools.
• Set up meetings and coordinate onboarding sessions.
• Research leads using the company’s CRM system.
• Support appointment setting and client engagement.
• Assist with administrative work and documentation.
• Identify and research potential new clients.
• Receive training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Must have own laptop and relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Sales and onboarding experience.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Experience in client outreach, onboarding, or medical admin is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
