E-commerce Product Lister - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy E-commerce Product Lister to join our team and support our growing Walmart store. You will be responsible for uploading, editing, and optimizing product listings on the Walmart platform with speed and accuracy.

• Remote position with a preference for South Africa-based candidates.
• Full-time role with flexible hours, primarily overlapping US hours (3PM - 11PM SA time).
• Contract type: Independent Contractor.
• Manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace.
• Ensure accuracy and optimization of product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets for data management and bulk uploads.
• Collaborate with the US team on listing schedules and priorities.
• Maintain listing consistency and compliance with Walmart's requirements.
• Keep track of errors, duplicates, and incomplete listings.
• Handle sensitive systems with care and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Experience listing products on Walmart or similar marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Excellent Excel skills, including formulas and data cleaning.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Trustworthy and reliable, with access to sensitive systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection required.
• Willingness to work US hours (3PM - 11PM South Africa time).
