• Develop compelling copy for email communications.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to craft educational content.
• Write clear, concise, and conversion-driven product descriptions.
• Ensure consistency in product messaging across all channels.
• Adapt existing campaigns and product copy for partners.
• Collaborate with partner teams to align messaging.
• Manage feedback loops with partners for copy optimization.
• Partner with UX designers and product teams to enhance user experience.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate content performance.
• Conduct competitive research to stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of proven experience as a product or ecommerce copywriter.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to write in various tones and styles.
• Familiarity with UX writing principles.
• Experience writing for emails and understanding the customer journey.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO and ecommerce best practices.
• Experience with white-labeled products is a plus.
