Overview

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Medical Schedulers to join our call center team supporting a busy medical center. This role involves handling incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers.

• Handle incoming calls on the medical center switchboard.

Requirements
