Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. We seek a Medical Scheduler with experience in scheduling and a passion for healthcare.

• Schedule patient appointments for timely care.
• Utilize internal scheduling tools to manage provider availability.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients.
• Handle cancellations and rescheduling requests.
• Work effectively in a remote environment using various communication channels.

• File documentation into patient charts.
• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling experience required.
• EMR experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of medical scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills.
• College degree required.
