Medical Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Medical Scheduler will handle high call volumes, communicate with patients and providers, and manage outpatient procedure scheduling while ensuring compliance with insurance and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of medical office experience
• Knowledge of radiology procedures and medical terminology
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with remote work
