Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

Evolus, Inc. is a performance beauty company focused on providing physicians and their patients with expanded choices in medical aesthetic treatments and procedures. We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for Digital Products to join our digital product team, where you will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In Short

• Assists QA Manager in planning and documenting the testing effort by creating test plans.
• Report bugs and errors to product and development teams.
• Collaborates with our internal team and external resources to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time, with an elevated level of quality.
• Performs peer review and provides feedback to QA manager, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end UAT for your respective product.
• Documents and facilitates communication and troubleshooting of issues, defects and changes to aid others in quick and efficient remediation and in accordance with QA processes.
• Support team on some content updates on the website and troubleshooting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree strongly desired.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
