In Short

• Ensure compliance of marketing materials for prescription medicines and medical devices.
• Master local regulatory codes and Medical Devices Code(s) of Practice.
• Act as a strategic advisor for cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements.
• Deliver internal training on industry standards.
• Lead in risk management and complaint responses.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits and CAPA.
• Maintain operational excellence and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Final Signatory.
• Qualified professional (Registered Medical Practitioner, Pharmacist, or Scientist).
• Experience in Aesthetic Medicine is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Effective decision-making in uncertain situations.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
