Executive Director, Medical Affairs Content - Remote

Evolus, Inc. is a performance beauty company focused on providing physicians and their patients with expanded choices in medical aesthetic treatments and procedures. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to serve as the Global Head of Medical Affairs Content. This individual will function globally and will lead the vision, creation, and execution of scientifically sound, clinically relevant educational materials and medical content to support Evolus' neurotoxin and injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) products portfolio, as well as future innovations.

• Develop deep knowledge of clinical attributes and performance characteristics of Evolus’ product portfolio.
• Lead development and implementation of global medical content strategies.
• Maintain a robust suite of HCP-facing educational resources.
• Ensure content is scientifically rigorous and compliant.
• Provide global strategic medical content leadership for new product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch readiness plans.
• Partner with Medical Affairs field team for actionable materials.
• Serve as key contact for global medical education content.
• Support scientific training efforts with global materials.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor medical content.

Requirements

• Currently or previously licensed aesthetic provider (MD, RN, NP, PA).
• 10+ years’ pharmaceutical industry experience in medical education or affairs.
• Extensive experience in developing educational content.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of aesthetic injectable products.
• Ability to lead clinical discussions with key opinion leaders.
• Proven track record of successful project execution.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
