Digital Product Business Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a Digital Product Business Analyst to support our digital product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers to ensure technical documentation is thorough and requirements are fully complete, helping to deliver innovative solutions for medical practices, consumers, and partners nationwide within our Evolus Digital ecosystem.

In Short

• Collaborate with Product Managers to document business and technical requirements.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support product development and refine project scope.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across platforms.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Work with analytics teams to track product performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with product management tools like JIRA is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with wireframes and process flows is a plus.
