Contract International Supply Chain Manager - Remote

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced Contract International Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Operations Team reporting to the Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Management based in Toronto, Canada. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on European logistics and distribution, while also playing a key role in global supply chain activities such as serialization, trade compliance, vendor management, and packaging.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate global logistics and European distribution operations.
• Monitor and manage 3PL and carrier performance against agreed commitments and SLAs.
• Take ownership of the supply chain workstream for new product launches and market expansions.
• Work closely with Customer Experience Representatives to support seamless distribution.
• Contract remote role based in the Netherlands.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Strong background in managing cold chain and controlled ambient shipments.
• Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• A proven ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
