.NET Team Leader - Remote

Overview

The Core Department designs, develops, and maintains all of the major core applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Team Leader with FullStack development expertise to lead our team of developers & QAs in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications.

In Short

• Lead a team of FullStack .NET developers and QA testers.
• Encourage best practices, including coding standards and code reviews.
• Hands-on development with advanced JS frameworks like React & Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers, system analysts, UI designers, and testers.
• Deliver secure, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Ensure high-quality development work.
• Work with remote (offshore) peer members.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / B.A. in computer science or relevant degree.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 4+ members.
• At least 6 years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Experience with .Net, .Net core, and JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML & CSS.
• Experience with SPA frameworks like Angular, React.
• Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to understand complex software systems.
• Great team player with high communication skills.
