We are looking for a .NET Team Lead for the Sweed product startup, which offers a comprehensive cannabis retail solution with a wide range of features.

• Lead a team in developing a cannabis retail solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a team/tech lead role.
• 5-7 years in an IT company.
• Experience with .NET and microservices architecture.
• Experience with high-load projects.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ/Kafka and MSSQL/Postgres.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
