Import & Export Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Import & Export Specialist will manage the operational processes for incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring compliance with necessary documentation and logistics requirements.

In Short

• Communicate with freight forwarders for imports and deliveries.
• Ensure timely completion of import and export documents.
• Organize transport to customers.
• Create and send daily/weekly reports.
• Act as a contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Archive import and export documents.
• Contribute to inbound and outbound logistics.

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in relevant field.
• Extensive experience in international goods movement.
• Experience with certificates of origin.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit deliveries.
• Customer service experience in international settings.
• Good understanding of INCOTERMS.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluency in German and English.
