Overview

As a Clay Expert / GTM Specialist, you will build and own Clay automations, creating repeatable GTM playbooks that generate and qualify pipeline.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain Clay flows for enrichment, dedupe, scoring, and CRM syncs.
• Integrate Clay with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, spreadsheets, and outreach tools.
• Create reusable templates, documents, and runbooks.
• Run GTM experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate.
• Train teammates and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years with Clay or similar no-code/data automation tools.
• Practical GTM experience with outbound playbooks and CRM integrations.
• Strong documentation and operator mindset.
