In Short

• You will assist in the operational implementation of our advertising campaigns - from uploading new creatives in the Meta Ads Manager to quality assurance.
• You will review and respond to ad comments on social media, recognize patterns, and provide insights to the team.
• You will coordinate creators - from outreach through email communication to briefings.
• You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and Media Buyer and gain deep insights into a performance-driven brand world.
• You will be part of our marketing team and will be seen as an important part from the very beginning.

Requirements

• Initial practical experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads - ideally, you have worked in the Ads Manager or actively supported ads.
• You are analytical, structured, and work quickly and accurately - even with repetitive tasks.
• You have a good language sense (German), can communicate well with people, and are confident in written communication.
• You recognize when details are important - e.g., with ad namings, image sizes, or formulations.
• You want to understand how performance marketing works at a top level and are eager for a steep learning curve.
• You work independently, reliably, and bring a genuine 'hands-on' mindset.
