Overview

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting our real estate services.

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Support in market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus (e.g., email marketing, SEO).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
