Requirements

  • Several years of experience in social media management and/or community management, ideally in the D2C sector or health industry.
  • Creativity and a good sense of social media trends with a high affinity for content creation.
  • Experience in designing and implementing community strategies for long-term member retention.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with design and video-editing tools for independent content production.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven work to optimize social media and community strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, be a team player, and have a proactive work style.
  • Very good German language skills at a native level, both spoken and written.
