Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Everway, you will be a trusted advisor and advocate for our education clients, helping them maximize the impact of our products and services.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team for smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage data.
  • Conduct regular strategic implementation cadence calls and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Create and share best practices and resources.
  • Drive retention and renewals by demonstrating ongoing value.
  • Act as a voice of the customer for internal teams.
  • Identify potential expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Support customer events and document interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management, ideally in EdTech or SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
