Overview

The Manager, Corporate Strategy & M&A will support the Head of Corporate Development and the executive team in shaping the company’s strategic vision. This role involves leading strategic planning, managing M&A execution, conducting data-driven analysis, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

In Short

  • Support the Head of Corporate Development in defining the company’s strategic vision.
  • Contribute to the development of the three-year strategic plan and annual budgets.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Manage the execution of M&A transactions from due diligence to integration planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to analyze business performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Support transformation initiatives led by senior management.
  • Assist in driving additional strategic projects as prioritized by the executive team.
  • Act as a thought partner for department heads, developing innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of tier-1 strategy consulting experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in strategy consulting or investment banking.
  • Analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with experience creating C-level presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
