Overview

The VIP Desktop Support Administrator will provide personalized support to high-level users within a technology partner firm, ensuring efficient management of desktop environments and incident resolution.

In Short

  • Provide level 1 to 3 support to VIP users, both onsite and remotely.
  • Manage desktop environments: installation, configuration, maintenance, and diagnostics.
  • Resolve technical incidents efficiently while adhering to service commitments.
  • Document interventions and maintain rigorous follow-up via ITSM tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of service procedures and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and quality in communications.
  • Work closely with the support team to assist users in a corporate environment.
  • Engage in a community of technology professionals for ongoing training and certification.
  • Contribute to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in user support, including VIP support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Strong skills in desktop management: deployment, configuration, maintenance, incident management.
  • Familiarity with management tools (SCCM, Intune, GPO).
  • Excellent service orientation, presentation, and responsiveness.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable.
  • Good level of English is appreciated in an international environment.
