Mobile Fleet Manager - Remote

Overview

The Mobile Fleet Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of a fleet of over 5,000 mobile devices (smartphones & tablets). You will coordinate support activities, ensure service quality, and drive fleet evolution projects.

• Coordinate and monitor level 1 user support activities.
• Handle level 2/3 support and manage relationships with mobile operators.
• Manage incidents, requests, and critical escalations.
• Control service quality and drive OLA management.
• Oversee stock, orders, deliveries, and changes.
• Ensure accurate billing and synchronize databases.
• Supervise the lifecycle of over 5,000 devices.
• Manage specific mobility-related projects.

• Maintain and update internal procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Intune (MDM).
• Proficient in Power BI for indicator tracking.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and user satisfaction focus.
• Professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
