Fleet Manager - Remote

Overview

The Fleet Manager will oversee the management of fleet inventory and ensure the smooth operation of vehicle logistics on Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

• Manage cradle-to-grave administrative of fleet inventory.
• Facilitate assignment and transfer of project fleet vehicles.
• Approve rental, lease, and vehicle alteration requests.
• Ensure funding for accurate invoicing of vehicles and equipment.
• Provide guidance on DOT-regulated vehicle operations.
• Monitor lifecycle and repair determinations for fleet vehicles.
• Oversee comprehensive maintenance programs for fleet operations.
• Provide analytics to assist in informed fleet transaction decisions.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics required.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management duties.
• Logistics experience preferred.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.
• Ability to manage vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Strong analytical skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• No security clearance needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Kwajalein Atoll.
• Excellent communication skills.
