Azure Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Azure Data Engineer to join our team in supporting project activities for an important client.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in data engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and Spark
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and major RDBMS
• Good understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience with Azure and Databricks
• Good knowledge of data processing cycle: Ingestion, Processing, Storage, Visualization
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Italian
• Preferred experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub, and Cosmos DB
