Overview

The Marketing Lead will take on strategic and operational responsibility for the entire marketing function, developing effective campaigns and building a strong team while closely collaborating with sales, product, and leadership.

  • Oversee go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Define KPIs and implement performance monitoring.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales on nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS or tech sector.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Leadership experience or mentoring capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
