• This role reports to the General Counsel, focusing on privacy, data security, and tech transactions.
• This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
• The best candidates will have deep experience with domestic data security and privacy laws.
• Experience with technology transactions, including enterprise software agreements.
• J.D. from a top school and bar member in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4-8 years experience, likely in Big Law and ideally with in-house experience.
• A client portfolio with meaningful overlaps to components of EvenUp’s business.
• Intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level.
