Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience in handling data privacy related questions.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe.
• Strong “business-friendly” style to support the growth and success of the business.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.
