Data Privacy Attorney - Remote

An exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive and high-functioning legal team near the start of our growth curve as we expand our legal team in the U.S. We are looking for a talented, creative, and data privacy-focused attorney who is passionate about working on sophisticated contracts and closing deals.

In Short

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements.
• Understand the context of customer positions and internal requests.
• Triage a heavy workflow and set appropriate priorities.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house experience required.
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience with Data Processing Agreements required.
• Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong “business-friendly” style.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.
