In Short

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA.
• Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements.
• Understand the context of customer positions and internal client requests.
• Triage a heavy workflow and set appropriate priorities.
• Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience with Data Processing Agreements.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in Israel, the UK, or a European country.
• Strong “business-friendly” style to support business growth.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.
