Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in packaging testing within a CTO or medical device environment.
• Proven track record in technical sales and business development.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Self-starter with leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
