Sales Support Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Sales Support Administrator will manage all incoming sales enquiries, converting these into invoiced business or passing them to the field-based sales team as necessary.

In Short

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and assign them to the relevant team member.
• Raise quotations and send client registration forms.
• Liaise with the onboarding team to arrange training.
• Pass significant leads to the Business Development Sales team.
• Handle customer queries via phone and email.
• Ensure customer satisfaction after the first month of service.
• Input client details into CRM and log new prospects.
• Communicate effectively with new customers during their initial month.
• Conduct a full handover of customers to the service routines post-initial month.
• Provide high levels of customer care.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
