Overview

The Sales Support Administrator is a remote temporary role that supports sales operations tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data for Canadian OES customers.

In Short

• Remote temporary position working 37.5 hours/week.
• Prepare pivot tables and reports for OES customers.
• Prepare price quotations and financial approval requests.
• Assist in creating product promotions.
• Resolve customer escalations via email and phone.
• Create OES cross reference tables and reinstate part numbers.
• Support special projects as requested.
• Work under the direction of the Senior Key Account Manager.
• Opportunity for recent graduates in Business or Data Analytics.
• Experience in Salesforce and the automotive industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a Business, Data Analytics, or related program.
• One year of related experience is an asset.
• Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience making outbound customer service calls.
• Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Experience using AI such as ChatGPT is an asset.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
