Financial & Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position will play a key role in financial operations to support the Controller by managing payments, invoicing, and reconciliation processes through operational reports, contributing to overall financial efficiency and accuracy.

In Short

• Generate and process customer invoices while ensuring alignment with signed statements of work.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Co-manage the project operations dashboard for accuracy.
• Prepare key financial and operational reports for decision-making.
• Reconcile projects for consumer tests and ensure timely processing.
• Contribute to the launch of a gift card management program.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as assigned.

Requirements

• An Accounting certificate or degree, and/or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-directed and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
