Benelux Intercompany Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Benelux Intercompany Coordinator will manage and coordinate outsourced services within the Eurofins network, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery for Medical Device clients in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

In Short

• Coordinate all services outsourced within the Eurofins network.
• Be the first point of contact for clients.
• Track progress of analytical projects.
• Organize and host calls with labs and customers.
• Implement and improve functionalities within LIMS.
• Register samples in LIMS and manage sample shipments.
• Ensure all necessary information is available for work.
• Manage the invoicing process.
• Provide online training for lab access accounts.
• Work in a combination of home-based and office-based settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in healthcare or biological field.
• Understanding or interest in LIMS software.
• Experience in a coordinating or client interfacing role is a plus.
• Experience with analytical testing or medical device testing is a plus.
• Strong initiative and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Available for part-time or full-time (32-40 hours a week).
• Located in the Netherlands or Belgium.
