The Intercompany Finance Coordinator will manage intercompany tasks across regions, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.

• Coordinate and manage intercompany tasks across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany recharges.
• Capture intercompany funds transfer and settlement accurately in the system.
• Support month-end financial close activities.
• Facilitate quarterly and year-end external audits.
• Interact with business units for special reporting requirements.
• Participate in process integration and improvement projects.
• Utilize strong analytical and financial skills.
• Provide training on control and compliance matters.
• Adapt and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of Oracle System is an advantage.
• Medium level written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
