• We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help ensure our websites meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Focus on maintaining site quality, optimizing loading speed, and ensuring seamless performance for our B2B partnerships.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive continuous improvements and help with complex configurations.
• Conduct testing to ensure website performance, functionality, and overall quality from an E-commerce perspective.
• Monitor and optimize site loading speed to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with our B2B partners to ensure their needs are met and their platforms perform as expected.
• Identify and document bugs, performance issues, and areas for improvement on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement best practices.
• Maintain test plans, cases, and reports to track quality metrics.
• Create dashboards and analyse data on a regular basis.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, website testing, or a related field.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices.
• Experience with debugging tools and manual testing.
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent releases.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred: E-commerce background, and that you have basic development skills (html, css).
