In Short

• Monitor and ensure the high-quality performance and fulfilment of ancillary products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ancillary fulfilment and quality.
• Work with suppliers and B2B partners to maintain a high-quality end-to-end product experience.
• Assist in launching new products and increasing market coverage of existing ones.
• Identify and analyze coverage gaps and suggest areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer service and back-office teams to address quality issues.
• Help define and set up customer feedback loops.

Requirements

• Experience from the travel industry, preferably within ancillary products.
• A business-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, or Qliksense.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
