AI Specialist - Remote

Overview

The AI Specialist will lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into various parts of our business, identifying areas where AI can increase efficiency, testing tools, training team members, and helping develop internal best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an AI, automation, or tech innovation role.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, etc.
• Solid understanding of AI prompt design and workflows.
• Experience in using AI in recruiting or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for internal training.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to experiment.
