eToro is the trading and investing platform that empowers users to invest, share and learn. We are looking for a FATCA/ CRS Supervisor to join our Financial Crime team!

In Short

• Manage a team of finance crime specialists.
• Supervise processes and develop recommendations for FATCA and CRS policies.
• Generate and present reports on team activities.
• Monitor and analyze customer accounts for compliance issues.
• Provide ongoing training on FATCA and CRS regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
• Perform data validation checks for reporting.
• Handle account maintenance and closures.
• Assist with the overall FATCA/CRS Compliance Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Prior experience in FATCA and CRS compliance monitoring.
• Leadership or management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
