As a product engineer focused on documentation, you will work with our cross-functional global team of product engineers and developers. You will be actively involved with designing, writing, building, and delivering existing and next generation ArcGIS Enterprise documentation using software development and quality assurance practices.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contributor for our ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes administrative REST API documentation.
• Collaborate with feature and framework teams to translate complicated concepts into clear documentation.
• Contribute to educational resources such as blogs and lessons.
• Test new features to ensure accurate representation of workflows.
• Triage and address customer-reported documentation issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional writing experience, ideally with developer documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s in GIS, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise or other geospatial technology.
