In Short

• Own and manage the end-to-end documentation process.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards and best practices.
• Write, edit, and structure technical documentation from scratch.
• Maintain a documentation backlog and prioritise updates.
• Identify documentation gaps based on feature releases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Support.
• Work with JSON files, API documentation, and code snippets.
• Test API endpoints to ensure accurate documentation.
• Research and implement AI-assisted solutions for documentation.
• Explore and recommend documentation tools and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Engineer.
• Ability to write technical documentation from scratch.
• Strong technical understanding of Python.
• Experience with API documentation and testing APIs.
• Familiarity with documentation tools like Notion and Swagger.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate proactively.
• Comfortable using AI tools for documentation.
• Fluent English proficiency.
