Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ernest, you will drive growth by creating new opportunities with potential construction and software clients, being the first point of contact for many prospects.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including 50–60 cold calls per day.
  • Introduce Ernest’s offerings to prospective clients across various markets.
  • Identify and engage potential partners.
  • Execute top-of-funnel calls to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Maintain targeted prospect lists aligned with the ideal customer profile.
  • Research companies and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
  • Track outreach and manage lead status using Ernest’s platform.
  • Follow up with warm leads to convert them into meetings.
  • Track metrics and contribute to refining outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoff and alignment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
