Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners.
  • Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dialer tools and team communication platforms.
  • Strong work ethic, coachability, and competitive drive.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
