Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and control of projects run by the IT team in delivering technology to the Ergomed business.

• Agreement of the scope, objectives, and success criteria for assigned projects
• Creation of Project Initiation documentation to define the scope, timeline, budgets, and output
• Management of the project plan and associated governance
• Engagement of business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Management of all 3rd parties required for project delivery
• Engagement of QA teams to ensure validation and quality requirements
• Developing and managing the project budget
• Monitoring project milestones and critical paths
• Reporting on project progress and issues
• Ensuring successful transition of projects into production

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure and software development lifecycle
• Expertise in risk management and resource allocation
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
