• Lead generation and deal flow management: Find new customers, optimize the sales process, and increase conversion.
• Sales strategy and closing: Conduct sales conversations and ensure measurable revenue increases.
• CRM and automation: Use smart tools for lead processing and pipeline optimization.
• Customer care and acquisition: Manage existing customers and bring new partners on board.
• Participation in trade fairs and events: Represent EQUUSIR at industry events and expand our network.

Requirements

• Experience? Not necessary. But willingness to learn is a must.
• Hunter mentality: You don’t wait for opportunities – you create them.
• Self-responsibility: If you want to learn, you do it. No one holds your hand.
• Strong communication skills: Fluent German & English for convincing sales closures.
• Technology affinity: CRM, MS Office & digital sales tools? If you don’t know them yet, you will learn them.
