Director of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will be responsible for working directly with leadership to shape company-wide financial strategy while building out the processes, models, and reporting frameworks that empower data-driven decision making across the business.

• Manage multiple aspects of financial planning processes including annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner cross-functionally to build and maintain financial models.
• Create and own financial reporting frameworks and KPIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on FP&A.
• Proven track record in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Highly analytical and structured thinker.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Vena, NetSuite, and/or Mode is a plus.
