Clinical Supervisor, CBT-E - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Supervisor for Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E) role will be an experienced therapy supervisor and licensed mental health clinician responsible for clinical supervision of therapists delivering CBT-E for eating disorders at Equip.

In Short

• Provide clinical supervision for therapists delivering CBT-E.
• Review CBT-E therapy session recordings and complete treatment fidelity ratings.
• Deliver live feedback to therapists based on therapy session videos.
• Organize Equip clinical supervision and evaluation of therapists.
• Collaborate with Clinical Instructors and Care Delivery leaders.
• Attend regular virtual meetings.
• Provide reports and updates to the Sr. Manager of Clinical Training.
• Complete additional administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical mental health field.
• Licensed in a clinical mental health field (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.).
• 2 years of clinical supervision experience in CBT-E.
• Advanced training in clinical supervision.
• Formal training in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• 4 years experience providing CBT-E for various eating disorder diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Google suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
