EOS Clinical Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Enhanced Outpatient Services Program is a new program for the agency. As the EOS Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of the hiring process for program positions, including master’s level Clinicians and bachelor’s level staff.

In Short

• Build the agency’s new EOS program, including recruitment and community outreach.
• Lead EOS program staff in supporting children and families throughout Rhode Island.
• Carry at least half a caseload of clients.
• Ensure high-quality clinical services and timely documentation.
• Review and sign off on Medicaid paperwork.
• Attend agency meetings and complete quarterly reports.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work or equivalent required.
• Experience with child development and family dynamics required.
• Previous supervisory or administrative experience is a plus.
• LCSW or equivalent required; LICSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
