This pivotal role focuses on expanding our reach, enhancing engagement, and identifying monetizable opportunities across platforms.

• Develop and execute audience growth strategies across various platforms.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts.
• Collaborate with the video team to implement effective strategies for social video.
• Oversee and support social media managers, fostering their professional growth.

• Work closely with site directors to grow and diversify the audience base.
• Expand monetizable opportunities on social platforms and emails.
• Prioritize growth on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Continuously analyze and refine tactics to maximize audience reach.

Requirements

• Expert in digital marketing or social media, preferably in media/publishing.
• Proven track record in audience development and engagement.
• Hands-on experience with social media and video content creation.
• Knowledgeable about social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborative leader with strong communication skills.
• Data-savvy with the ability to translate analytics into strategies.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and brands.
• Relevant certifications in Meta, YouTube, etc., are encouraged.
